Who We Are

ELPI Engineering, Inc. is a registered professional engineering consulting firm headquartered in Seal Beach, California, founded in 1993. We provide state-of-the-art designs and engineering services in mechanical, process, oil and gas, energy, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, and power engineering fields. Our engineers are licensed Professional Engineers in both California and Alaska, and every deliverable we stamp is backed by rigorous calculation, current codes, and more than three decades of hands-on plant experience.

This website is the firm's client portal. It explains each of our four core disciplines — MEP engineering, structural engineering, P&ID and process engineering, and heat transfer equipment design — and gives clients a direct way to initiate a consultation. Prospective clients submit a project inquiry through the contact page, and our engineering team reviews and responds to every inquiry personally.

We serve industrial, commercial, and institutional clients across California and Alaska, including refineries, power plants, petrochemical and pharmaceutical facilities, food and beverage plants, and general manufacturing.
